Farquar Lake Residence and White Bear Lake Residence Selected for Trends' 'Top 50 American Homes'

We are excited to announce that two ALTUS Architecture + Design homes, the Farquar Lake Residence and the White Bear Lake Residence, have been recognized as two of the top fifty new home designs in the country by Trends' Top 50 American Homes for 2012-2013.  This prestigious collection of some of the best projects from around the country is compiled and researched by Trends, based on criteria of excellence in design, function, product specification and style.

Farquar Lake Residence Published (including cover) in Architecture Minnesota, May-June 2010

The Farquar Lake Residence will be featured in the upcoming May-June issue of Architecture Minnesota magazine, featuring the best in residential architecture for the year.  This issue is typically the largest seller for the magazine (up to 60% of the magazine's annual sales) and features the AIA firm directory for 2010.  We are honored to be in the same issue and on the cover.  Look for the issue on news stands in mid-April 2010.

ALTUS Wins Two 'Home of the Month' Awards

AIA Minnesota and the Star Tribune announce the selection of the Farquar Lake Residence and the Minnetonka Residence by ALTUS Architecture + Design in the Home of the Month program.  The Home of the Month program seeks to educate the public on the value architects can bring to a home building process.  The selection panel sought projects that conveyed a unique and valued design solution, gauging how they reflect the owners' vision of home.
