Mayo Plan No. 1 Receives AIA MN Honor Award

'Mayo Plan No. 1', developed in collaboration with Coen + Partners and SalmelaArchitect, was awarded a 2008 AIA Minnesota Honor Award.  A PDF of the article from Architecture Minnesota can be found here.  

On a personal note, everyone at ALTUS would like to extend a heartfelt congratulations to David Salmela, FAIA, on receiving his Gold Medal.  It is a wonderful and well deserved honor.  

ALTUS receives Three 2008 AIA-RAVE Awards

ALTUS Architecture + Design received AIA-RAVE awards for the White Bear Lake Residence, the Mayo Woodlands Prairie House No. 2, and the design of the spiral stair at the Uptown Penthouse.  The RAVE Awards (Residential Architects Vision and Excellence) are a collaboration of Mpls St. Paul Magazine and AIA Minnesota.

White Bear Lake Residence receives 2008 AIA 'Home of the Month' Honors

The White Bear Lake Residence was selected as one of the Minnesota AIA and Star Tribune's 2008 'Home of the Month' recipients.

ALTUS Architecture + Design receives 2004 AIA Award

ALTUS Architecture + Design received an AIA Minnesota Honor Award for the Dalseth Family Dental Clinic, located in Apple Valley, MN.

Mayo Woodlands receives 2003 P/A Citation Award

Working with Landscape Architecture firm coen+partners and SalmelaArchitect, ALTUS Architecture + Design received a 2003 Progressive Architecture Citation for the Mayo Woodlands, located in Rochester, Minnesota.
